Clash Hub is a student-built project for educational purposes. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell. All Clash Royale content and assets are the property of Supercell and used under fair use for study and demonstration.

2. Use of Our Service

• You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
• You may not attempt to misuse, hack, or interfere with the operation of the website.
• We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from errors, or fit for any particular purpose.

• We do not collect personal data beyond basic usage analytics.
• Any player information displayed comes directly from the Clash Royale public API and is not stored permanently by us.
• If you contact us, we will only use your details to respond to your query and will handle them in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

4. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ). If you are in New Zealand and use this service as a consumer, you have rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
